This role will allow you to build fundamental P&C skills and take on new challenges with a bespoke development plan.Perhaps you’ve spent 12 months in a P&C Admin/Coordinator position and you’re looking for something more hands-on, with the scope to grow? Or maybe you’re in recruitment and you’re looking to make the jump into People and Culture? Either way, we’d love to hear from you!Reporting to People and Culture Business Partner (Sydney based) your primary duties will include:Support cyclical P&C events such as the annual performance and salary review process.Creation of employment contracts and other employment documents.Deliver the onboarding and induction to new employees.Coordinate training with external providers and review the internal e-learning platform.  Support the internal Talent Partner with recruitment needs.Management of the HRIS system.Support P&C projects in line with the wider P&C long-term strategy such as Policy and Practice, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, WH&S.Who we are looking for: A people person: We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.Previous P&C/Recruitment experience: We are looking for someone with previous experience in either a P&C or recruitment role.A keen learner: As our business grows, we are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us.
