This role will be responsible for collaborating with the Production Planning Team to deliver a responsive production schedule that maximises efficient utilisation of the packaging facility to match sales demand.  This role will  be responsible for the procurement, compliance, timely and cost-effective delivery of wine labels and production requirements.Key Responsibilities will include:Collaborative partnership with the Production Planning Team to maximise on site storage capacity and utilisation of staff through controlled timing of labels delivery;Innovative implementation and evaluation of best practice procurement framework and practices to achieve efficiencies and cost savings;Timely ordering of wine labels in accordance with production requirements;Effective management of wine label supplier relationships to ensure flexible and responsive service;Manage internal wine label compliance pathway with key stakeholders;Co-ordniating label design artwork file pathway with key stakeholders to achive final artwork sign off.Label delivery receipting & invoice confirmation.Other duties as required by the Production Planning Team.To be successful in this position, you will be action orientated with strong attention to detail and an emphasis on customer focus.  Previous experience in a procurement function and experience in the wine industry will be highly regarded. A high level of understanding of Microsoft Outlook email and Adobe.
