In this highly dynamic and active role you will be working closely with our national importer and state distributor partners, developing and managing key customers and stakeholders across the US market.In this multi-faceted role, you will be an advocate for the core AVL brands and the Australian category, raising awareness and ultimately driving a multi-branded footprint across the incredibly diverse landscape of the United States market.Reporting to the Export Sales Manager – The America’s, your main duties will include;Implementation of the annual business plan to maximise sales and revenue contribution to ensure the effective delivery of the annual budget and P&L.Formulation and execution of national brand plans in conjunction with US importer sales and trade marketing teams.Develop an enduring and effective working relationship with our national US import partner.Create and leverage business relationships with state-based distributors; key accounts and trade customers.Representing AVL brands at relevant regional wine events including wine shows; wine events; Importer and distributor trade events.Role RequirementsThe successful applicant will be an energetic, self-motivated and passionate individual with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in wine, liquor or transferrable FMCG industries with experience in dealing with key accounts, managing distributors and developing profitable business partnerships.
