We pride ourselves on producing internationally awarded quality wines across a diverse portfolio of brands including McGuigan, Tempus Two and Nepenthe.The Opportunity:We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to manage key accounts within the On-Premise channel seeking new business with a strong focus on innovation driving the launch of Wine on Tap into NSW, along with new On-Premise listings in NSW.Within this role you will develop and initiate business plans with key accounts within the On-Premise channel in NSW, incorporating distribution, category management, pricing, trading terms, promotional calendars and frequency.  You will work with the Business Manager On-Premise to align business plans with responsibility for gaining and driving new business with a focus to delivering a dynamic and consistent brand message through the On-Premise channel.Further duties will include, but are not limited to; Establishing and maturing sales contacts within the set territory and area of responsibility;Servicing existing customers On-Premise with the highest level of professionalism and ethics whilst still maximising all possible sales and margin opportunities;Developing an exceptionally high level of product and industry knowledge to ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers;Achieving or exceeding sales budgets and KPI’s as set by the on-premise Business Manager and/or AVL;Essential experience:This is a critical and high profile role within the company.  The successful candidate will bring at least five years On-Premise experience ideally combined with key account expertise.  An understanding of the wine category is advantageous but not critical.
