Located in the Mildura region and reporting to the Austflavor Senior Technical Manager, the role includes the production of Grape Juice, Grape Juice Concentrate and Alcohol Removed Wine Products. Salary will range from $75,000 to $85,000 a year, dependent on experience.The Austflavor Winemaker role has the following responsibilities:Grape Processing:Manage the production of juice from specified grape intake.Juice Maintenance:Juice processing to specification and quality;Processing Juice to Concentrate via Evaporator;Quality Control:Quality Control of the the making and packing process;Alcohol Removed Wines:Processing Wine to Alcohol Removed Wine via Spinning Cone technology;Alcohol Removed Wine Innovation.Essential experience:Qualifications in wine making and/or food processing and a minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable role is essential. The successful candidate  must have a thorough understanding of grape juice production practices and processes and a sound knowledge of the safe operation of winery equipment.
