Manage the 3PL freight relationship and drive efficiency.Ensure working capital targets are met, maintained or reduced.Drive an activity cost based culture and drive continual improvement.Lead the relative Enterprise Agreements.Manage 3rd Party Bottling requirements and negotiate contracts as necessary.Drive bottling line efficiency through best practice systems and processes as well as fulfilling capacity via 3rd party contract packaging opportunities.Drive a high performing team culture via appropriate learning and development, performance management.In conjunction with the WHS team, create, drive and lead the WHS agenda across packaging and logistics, lead as the example.Essential experience:To be successful in this position you will be an action-orientated, results driven, commercially focused and highly motivating leader with a passion for driving change and employee engagement.
